Now you can take admission to CS-Executive Level. On the basis of your CMA qualification, you will be exempted in few papers in CS curriculum (Both in Executive and Professional level). It is better first purchase prospectus and read it once. You will get enough information from Prospectus itself.

Personal Suggestion is to finish your CA-Final first then start preparing for CS Course. All the best !!

Yes you can give your CS-Executive exams in this December. But for the same you will have to register with Institute before the end of this month. If possible go and take admissions in the coming monday itself. Don't delay, if you do so then you may not be able to give your CS-Executive exams in Dec 2013 Attempt.
