Of course yaar ICWA syllabus is very much (about 60 to 70 %) similar to CA course.

And you will get completed CA course in around 4 or 4.5 years as CPT+ 9 months IPCC Preparation and completion of 1st group + 3 years' articleship.

Ya offcourse ur ICWAI studies will definetely help you in all level of CA exams..

CA is of 4 years.

firstly after qualifying CPT, you have to give your IPCC exams after 9 months and then your training will begin, after completion of your 2.5 years of traning you can appear for ur final exams. finally after qualifying final exams & completing 3 years training, you will be CA.
