1) Applicable fee for 2010-11
2) List of supporting Documents
3) If I can courier the required documents alongwith fee or we have to go personally

BETTER GO THRU INSTITUTE'S SITE AND DOWNLOAD THE FORM 6 FROM THERE.
FILL IT AND SEND IT BY POST. NO NEED TO GO PERSONALLY.

I checked at Institute's site a fee of Rs 1,600 is mentioned from April 2008, I wish to ask if its revised, also wish to know can it be paid online?
