Waiver of fees -as mca services were close in april-14

Hello,

 Waiver of Fees

 Since the MCA services for filing the event based services was closed w.e.from 01.04.2014 to 28.04.2014 and in circular it was aritten for waiver of fees and Separe circular for same is being issued by policy cell.

As we need to file the event based form happned in april -14. Do i will have to pay penalty ???? 

Query :-

 1) If any one has come across such circular by poliy cell .please share the same.

2) Pl.do share how the fees will be waived till what time .till no circular by MCA for this matter ? Quite surprising.

pl.suggest
