I incorporated a Pvt LTd Company in April, 2015, Authorised Cap 10L and i did not file
ADT1, for first auditor appointment, fine of which is 400+ 12times of 400=5200
ADT 1 for appointment of auditor, 400 + 10time=4000
MGT 7, 400+(6X400)= 2800
AOC4, 400+ 400x10 = 4400
My company did not have even a single transaction,
can i request MCA to waive my penealty on the basis of it did not start its operations and incurring heavy penealty.
If your company is incorporated in April 2015, you can convene its first AGM on 31/12/2016 and file your documents by 26th February 2017. In this way fee will be as under:-
MGT-7:- Rs.400; AOC-4 :- Rs.1200 and ADT-1:- Rs.2000.
Also ADT-1 for appointment of first auditor need not be filed as there is no requirement under the act.
