assessee had file return voluntarily within specified time and later on case was selected for scrutiny, during the scrutiny procedure the AO refere the case to transfer pricing. The assessee take objection on reference made to TPO and file WP in HC which is still pending and HC granted interim relief by not to pass final order till decision of HC. Can in this case assee is eligible for VsVs 24
