Vpf above 12% from my side is under 80c excemption

I have Provdent Fund account, me and my company deposite 12% + 12% into it every month. (12% of my basic salary)

  1. can i show my 12% in tax excemption?
  2. can i show company's 12% in tax excemption?
  3. can i make my 12% to 50% and show that 50% in tax excemption?

Please can someone clear this points asap?

There is a Notification dated 22/08/2014 which increases the limit of EPF from Rs6500 to 15000. 

For VPF the limit of 12% is there. You can open an PPF account and there is also a limit of 1.5Lakhs.
