I am working in organization and our financial year starts from 23rd March 2015. During company creation i have put period from 23rd March 2015 TO 22nd March 2016. I have entered vouchers in Tally from 23rd March 2015. Upto February-2016 the voucher numbers are correctly continuing. but when i have entered vouchers on 2-3-2016 the voucher numbers are starts from "1". Please help me how to solve this problem.

Financial year always ends with 31sr March of every year from 1st April omwards a new Fiancial year starts .
FY not based on when ur company started it always form April 1st to March 31st. Except in some cases as per New companies act. So Tally also consider FY ending on March 31st.
