Is it mandatory to shareholder to cast all his votes ,either in favour or against the resolution ? Or division is allowed ?

it is not mandatory to all the shareholder to cast their vote in favour or against
If any member present in meeting and not want to give vote either favour or against then it it valid and company not able to say member to give mandatory voting
