can a director as a shareholder vote on the resolution of his own appointment as director at the AGM

bro i think there word should be re appointment instead of appointment and i think yes

but if as per sec 106 pvt comp by its article may impose restriction

but if it is the case of office or PLACE OF PROFIT than dir can't vote as sh holder sec 188
sh can vote for appointment himself as dir . because it is not the case of 188
