A company is being wound up voluntary. Now since the liquidator is negligent, some of the creditors/contributories wants it to be wound up under the supervision of the court. So whether they have to file a petition in the court for the same or a resolution passed by the company in that regard will suffice?
Ankur ji, thanks for sharing this but sorry to say that it wasnt able to answer my question. voluntary winding up is of three types : members, creditors and third is under the supervision of the court.
My question is related to third type.
