VKGUY procedure & transferability of duty credit scrips

For VKGUY duty credit scriptt you required to file e-application in form ANF3C to concerned RA, alongwith following doucments

1- E-Application.

2- Self certified true copy of RCMC.

3- EP copy of shipping bill, invoice invoice, bill of lading & BCR.

4- Self addressed envelop, affixing thereon postal stamp of Rs.25, as per Para 2.7 of HBP

Also, is the duty credit scrips can be transferred to others ?

yes duty credit scrips is transferrable...

it application may be filed from www.dgft.gov.in, but you should ahve e-token alloted by DGFT. manual application is acceptable.

1. whether for claim of VKGUY any registration is require ? if yes give procedure and where to apply.

2. Whether the process is valid for whole India for differrent state

3. registration is taken at one state and claim is made for other state is possible
