One of client having disputed tax for AY 2011-12 and appeal is pending with CIT. He wants to opt for Vivad Se Vishwas scheme and pay tax.Is there any provision to pay tax in instalment as total tax amount comes to 5.80 lakhs? And what is the last date for declaration and payment under this scheme

The Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2024, does not offer an installment payment facility; the determined amount must be paid in full within 15 days of receiving the settlement certificate. The final date to file a declaration under the scheme was April 30, 2025.
