Quick Summary
This discussion explores the best way to record visa expenses within QuickBooks. Suggestions range from creating a sub-account under legal and professional fees to using a separate expense account with 'cost of labour' detail. The consensus leans towards using a sub-account for better organisation, especially for travel companies, while others suggest simpler common heads with narration or even personal expenses to avoid complicating auditor reviews.

Not a proper forum

Do it if you have a subaccount. First one is better

Generally broad head is there bit if it's a travel co
then separate head is mandatory

Why to waste auditor time. Put everything under common heads with narration. Which is easy? Indas narrowed line items.

Better to show it as withdrawals or drawing or personal expenses.
