EWB ka relation movement of goods se hai… within city or outside city se koi pharak nahi padta… jo exemption di gayi hai wo consignor to weighbride ya vice-versa ki hai…
Toh goods agar motorized vehicle se bheje ja rahe hain and distance 10 km se kam hai… tab bhi EWB banana hoga…
