Can somebody please give me the format of Quarterly Information System (QIS) to be submitted by borrowers to banks.

Any help is this regard would be highly appreciated. Thank You! Kindly treat this as very urgent

It is better to take the same from concerned Bank or F.I. as the form may vary bank to bank

a) Information and Reporting System : The main components of the information and reporting system are four, namely,

· Quarterly Information System : Form I. Its contents are (i) production and sales estimates for the current and the next quarter, and (ii) current assets and current liabilities estimates for the next quarter.

· Quarterly Information System : Form II. It contains (i) actual production and sales during the current year and for the latest completed year, and (ii) actual current assets and current liabilities for the latest completed quarter.

· Half-yearly Operating Statement : Form III. The actual operating performance for the half-year ended against the estimates are given in this.

· Half-yearly Operating Statement : Form IIIB. The estimates as well as the actual sources and uses of funds for the half-year ended are given.

Sir,

Recently I visited at Bhiwandi godown,for stock checking, I observed,that there are 10 to 11 Galas,and my borrower has kept goods,in 4 to 5 godowns. He has taken insurance of Rs.1crore.

I observed,that there are goods of other parties also. How I should write, the majaor obserations about this in stock audit reports.Regarding insurance what main points I have to mention. In this case how insurance works?
