When I upload ST-3 return on ACES Website the return is rejected with following message:
Business Consitution Selected/entered does not match with that available in the Registration Data. Kindly Update your Registration Data by Filing Amendement Application.
I have filed return for HUF for Renting of Immovable Services perovided. I had filed return for the Period April to JUne 2012 in which I had selected Business Constition as "Other" since there was no option to select HUF. But in new form i.e. July to Sept 2012 there is option of "HUF". Please help on this issue it is very urgent.
