vERY Urgent Query on PF

Dear all,

 

Please suggest me on the following with appropriate BASIS OFOPINION please...

 

1. One employee left the company on May 28. Till when can i file Form 10. What is penalty if not filed on time. How to calculate due date for filing.

 

2. One employee joined on April 10. What is due date for Form 5 & 2. How will we calculate that? what if not filed on time.

 

3. Till when i need to submit Form 3A/6A for annual records. date is April 30th or changed? what if filed late?

 

4. Form 12 A monthly return is yo be filed by 25th of next month...What if not filed on time??/

Dear Friend,

1. You have submit form no. 10 by 15th of June. If not submitted in time possibilities

    a) you will get show-cause notice from PF office.... you have to clarify & apologize for late submission

    b) at the time of inspection you will get remark for late.


2. You have submit form no. 5 & 2 by 15th of May. If not submitted in time possibilities

    a) you will get show-cause notice from PF office.... you have to clarify & apologize for late submission

    b) at the time of inspection you will get remark for late.


3. You have submit form no. 3A-6A by 30th of April. If not submitted in time possibilities

    a) you will get show-cause notice from PF office.... you have to clarify & apologize for late submission

    b) at the time of inspection you will get remark for late.


4. You have submit form no. 12A by 15th of every month. If not submitted in time possibilities

    a) you will get show-cause notice from PF office.... you have to clarify & apologize for late submission

    b) at the time of inspection you will get remark for late.
