Q1) did he get deducrtion for this service? if yes under which?
Q2) What benifits he can recieve under Income Tax or any other Act?
plz suggest answers or any book for thi very needed?

You will not get any benefit under income tax act, service tax will be exempt if you want IT exemption your unit should be located in an SEZ
