I am not sure about the right solution but you should file a complaint against the member and institute should take some action against him

Exactly and plz if anyone suggests dat seek help from E-sahaytaa then dont waste ur tym .................go directly to institute and talk to a senior officer there face to face

If you really want some action to be taken, please go to a very senior person in ICAI. Meet them personally and keep hounding them until action is taken.

Please do not send any letter to ICAI or complain to their Complaints Department. IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS.

Hey friend, plz dont be hopeless and tell ur brother to go to his principle and tell all the stories that have thought by both of you and be very polite while delivering your request and be sure that ur principal will sure care for your problem............. wish you all the very best for your bright future.......
