Can anyone help me out to get Study materials( not available at Institutes) or Any books for CS 2012 Syllabus below subjects:
331-Advanced company law and Practice
332-Secretarial audit, compliance management and due diligence
336-Ethics, governance and sustainability
338-Drafting, appearances and pleadings
It is urgent because i am writing Dec 2021 exam and no where it is available in my Circle.
As of 2026, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) operates exclusively under the 2022 Syllabus. The 2012 and 2017 syllabi have been completely phased out to align with current corporate, legal, and technological requirements.
Current Syllabus: All students must now follow the 2022 curriculum. You should not use study materials or books from the 2012 syllabus, as they are not aligned with current laws and exam standards.
Official Resources: Do not rely on old forum posts or third-party sellers for outdated materials. You can access the official, updated study modules and relevant supplements for the June 2026 examination cycle directly through the ICSI Academic Portal.
Curriculum Structure: The current CS Professional program consists of 9 papers, including various elective options, and the CS Executive program consists of 7 papers. Ensure your preparation is based on the latest version of these modules, which incorporate recent legal changes like the new Labour Codes.
