My friend has cleared his PE 2 exam in September 2009. Now he is willing to join articleship. Tell me the time upto which he can submit the Final registration form so that his attempt for Final exam will not be delayed.
Please post the reply also at nishant_285 @ yahoo.com.
He has to get his articleship registered on or before october 31,2009 in order to avoid his final attempt from getting delayed
