The discussion  says or the meaning inferred from the above discussion  says that its not possible to write quality answer for 100 marks. let me make you very clear that marks are fetched only on qualitty answer . You have to write the entire answer and the quality answer

Hey

I guess you shouldn't be thinking of such stuff. Just give your best shot, and try to answer whatever you know. If you study well and manage time during the exam,I am sure attempting 100 marks should not be a problem.

Moreover see that you keep up the qulaity and minimise errors. And thinking about all this you just waste time. Rather spend such time to revise.

Hey Anya,

The preparation before exam is like net practise, and exam are like final match. How hard you practise during net practise you had to perform very well in match to win the battle.

In exam, no strategy work once you see your question paper, so its useless to plan your strategy beforehand as you have to make plan during exam.

Like in cricket match, if you see your opponent is strong and you can't face them and your team will get all out, what best you can do is to play 50 overs of the match.

Same strategy goes for exam, if you trink the paper is very tough and you can't write good answers, attempt all the question and just come out of exam hall and don't discuss your papers with others.

 Anya Ji,

one of my relative was a CA who used to correct the papers for ICAI and as per the views that are given by him,

they will give marks on WHAT THEY WANT BUT NOT WHAT YOU WRITE, this was the first instruction given to them.

so while writing any of the theory particularly for Law understand the concepts well and through why because wording is one of the case sensitive part in our exams and also make sure that the topics to be written correctly, and valuators are clearly given a guide line to give marks as decided by the examination commitee after discussing with the paper setter but not with the valuator so valuator has no chance to increse or decrease marks he is just like an empire in the team who should say whether it is out or not out thats it so take care....

and attempting marks is not important quality of answers is important in IPCE i have attempted for just 60 marks in law but i have got 58 for it , so QUANTITY DOESNT MATTER JUST QUALITY.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE AT FINAL LEVEL just take care for essentiality of the subjects

you will definitely achieve this, all the best anya...
