what is mean by vertical business under gst ??

As per section 2 sub section 18 of the CGST act 2017 " Busniess vertical " means a distinguishable component of an entrprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different form those of other busniess verticlas .
Sir can you explain with an example
means in simple language both businesses should not relate to each other or it should not deal in same goods ??
