Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirements for newspaper advertisements when converting an LLP to a private company. While the Companies Act mandates ads in both English and vernacular languages, there's some debate on whether the vernacular ad must be entirely in the local script or if an English version suffices. The consensus leans towards drafting the vernacular ad in the local language for full compliance, though an English version might be accepted with potential minor objections.

Please draft it in Tamil only. Then advertise in English news as well.

Thanks
Along with English newspaper Tamil newspaper should also be applicable for the area
Logically you should draft in tamil but if you want advt in English you can do same nothing wrong only some RD raise objection instead law is silent.
