We are going to register our e-commerce business very soon. We dont stock inventory but we pass the orders to the suppliers who will process and ship the products to our customers. But we want the suppliers to put our brand on the product. Also there are some conditions to which they should agree so that we do not loose our business to them. Can anyone guide me if there is any such agreement or any format that would help me?
