VAT Set-off On of Advertising

Hi Friends,

Can Any one Tell me, i m doing VAT Returns/VAT Working of advertising agnecy (PVT Ltd. entity) , we Provide Space for Advt., Advt on Public Transport ( PMPML) & Hoardings, Flex Printing with 5% Vat , for this activities we purchase Steel & Consumables for using advt.So, tell me can i take VAT Setoff of that purchase material against VAT Sales Bills, Please tell me as early as possible.
