Visit the web site :www.wbcomtax.gov.in and related sites. Opt for e-filing,by quoting the the user name and password(given by the department),follow the necessary instructions,you will get the return form and also guidance for it.It is also available under forms of the Act list.You can take a print of the same from the website.....mjk
