if turnover Rs. 5 Lakhs crossed on 27/1/2011 & tin number is inforce w.e.f. 17/3/2011 then while preparing return for the last quarter - from which date the taxable t/o is taken into consideration either 27/1 or 17/3

As per my view, the date of registration of VAT Tin No. (ie. 17/03/11) will be considered while filing the VAT Return.
