i want to fill my vat return...can u suggest me hw can i do the same.i hv downloaded vat 18,19,23,24 forms.and now i want to know how to upload these forms. and wheather i need to register or not. if yes where to regester..??

For which State?
Which State U are filed Vat Retrun If Punjab then Go to Department with application of Issued of Password . With the help this password u are upload ur vat return
