dear sir i want to fill my vat return...can u suggest me hw can i do the same.i hv downloaded vat 18,19,23,24 forms.and now i want to know how to upload these forms. and wheather i need to register or not. if yes where to regester..??

Which State U are filed Vat Retrun If Punjab then Go to Department with application of Issued of  Password . With the help this password u are upload ur vat return

There is no need to register any where by Default ur tin no is ur password after tht u can change ur password

just follow the link https://chandigarh.gov.in/how_evat.htm
