Dear Freinds.
One of my client who was running a proprietorship business had registered in MVAT in year 2010 on his PAN no. Due to some reason he closed his business in 2013 and currently the TIN no is showing as Cancelled but PTEC no is active.
Now he is opening a New proprietorship business with a New Name and we are Registering for a New Vat TIN for the Same PAN No, but during Online Registration after entering the PAN it is showing "TIN has been generated for this PAN".
What is the procedure to be followed now.
