If Any person already having Vat TIN on with some name of his Proprietory Business
and now he want to start another Proprietory Business with different name
In that case , whether he is allowed to take a new VAT TIN No for the
new Proprietory Name under MVAT Act.
Dear VAT is a state matter normally 1 tin number required for all brances of same state, but if the person wants to open a seprate propritorship having different name then in my opinion he is required to take new tin number.
