We are Purely Exporting company. So,input tax can claim from KVAT Purchase. From Past 5 years company is not claim for refund amount from karnatak vat. Is it possible can company now can claim the refund amount from sales tax department after 5 years .If possible means please let me know the procedure for claiming inputtax Refund amount.
Please help me friends.
u r dealing a purely export company ,so it is non taxable under sales tax for 100%EOU's u cant claim the input tax because u r not paying any tax to sales tax department.
