We buy sheep casing (instestine) for manufacturing a medical product on a larger basis from many unregistered dealders. What is the VAT rate our vendor should charge in their invoice to us while selling sheep casing to us.
Is that product exempt from VAT?

As per my view
As per Section 2(26) 5 and 6 Sheep Casing should come under Schedule C in which vat rate is @ 5%.
Your Vendor should charge you vat @ 5%.
