Our company is paying vat for the period 01.03.15 to 20.03.15 as advance tax in the month of march itself. Is there any provision for advance tax of vat in case of DVAT, UPVAT and Haryana vat please reply its urgent.

Advance Tax only relates to the Income Tax Purpose, not for the VAT Purpose.
But if u have DVAT tax liability of Rs. 100000 or more in the preceeding year, then you have to pay tax on monthly basis as per the monthly sales and purchases adjustment.

I know advance tax is in case of income tax only. But in our office some person says there is provision in UPVAT to pay advance tax for the month of march in march itself??
