Is VAT and Service are applicable on Hostel mess bill in Central govt institute in andhra pradesh?
if it is applicable what is the percentage of vat and service tax on sale price?
Will the percentage changes based on the caterer turnover?
who should pay either institute's money or student's money?
Can any one knows about it or any hint on where i can get details on this.
I already read the all VAT schedules. I didn't find anywhere.
It would be great if i get the information.
