There is no concept of "second hand goods" under VAT Laws. The Rates mentioned in the Schedule appended to the Haryana VAT Act shall apply to the goods in question
Dear Dasguptaji,
There is sale of Second Hand UPS which is above Rs.5 Lakh, so what is the rate of VAT on it.
