Yes. Vat @ 5% is prescribed for steel & iron scrap in Delhi.
Thanks, but my point is on sale of building concrete etc while dismantling a building.
second the dealer has not got registered for he didnot require to be so , since he war a reality trader
Then how to pay if he is at all liable
Normal VAT Registration for single entry is not viable and also to comply quarterly once registered
