my client has sold used car and paid vat on that car. however in my opinion this vat should not be paid.nature of business is not sale or puchase of car. enlightened me with correct treatment

VAT/Sales tax is applicable on sale of goods. As long as the turnover exceeds the limit prescribed, tax has to be paid on sale of goods which includes car also.
