I have purchased some parts of my car from local Nissan showroom that is KL Nissan and i found that the have charged over the MRP also they have charged me the VAT on MRP. i have concerned to their customer excecutive their rely was in negative please suggest me the remedies i can avail under these circumstances.

yes, they are charging VAT on wrong amount... they should charge on sales value...
my advise would be to keep the payment slip handy with you and all other relevant documents showing the amount charged by them... and better would be to convince/scare the party by stating the provisions of the VAT and the threat to go for consumer forum etc...... whatever you could... and if still, they are not doing anything on it, then take legal action (as being consumer/customer, you have the right to go against malpractices)...
