It is necessary to provide buyers filed return copy in VAT at Check Post if the authority asked?
| Dear Bharat I am to inform you that VAT is leviable on Medical Stores. In Tamilnadu VAT is leviable at 4% on Drugs and Medicines. Regarding rate of VAT in Maharashtra I think you have to contact the concerned authorities there. Originally posted by :bharat | ||

Hi sir I am an accountant I wanted to know how fix the sale amount of retail medical store . Is there any percentage on purchase .bcoz shopkeepers can't assertain sale amount and stock amount . Is there any general practice of accounting plz share your ideas . Vikram Porwal 9823050850
