Vat on dg scrap - gujarat
"Scrap of DG" word is not in schedule II than it will fall under 12.5 + 2.5% rate.. Is it TRUE or FALSE.. Pl help.. Need immediate support

It can be sold as a ferrous scrap cahrgeble at 5% vat......mjk
