Vat notice
we have notice from state officer for interest on penalty on excess credit amount for the period of 2016-2017.officer want all ledgers of purchase and sales.stock summary it return and claiming parties name. what should I do to over come with this and my excess credit amount will refund success fully.

You need to show all required accounts books to VATO
Dear sir you can do in two way 1. the regular way as Mr Jatinder Kumar said you can furnish all the data with the relevant Assessing officer (AO) and complete the case but it might take long time. 2. the other way is by filing through SVLDRS scheme.... for detailed information revert back or check online.
