if a person has a printing business & his yearly turnover is arround 10 lac. p.a then he is liable to take VAT no. or not? and what is the limit of Turnover to take VAT no. complulsory?

if turnover crossed to 5lac than vat registration is necessary well this limit depends on state wise… for registrations under vat…
