I have a fashion boutique based in Kolkata and we are registered in VAT here. We are participating in exhibitions in different cities all across India. We will be charging them CST as considering them as un-registered dealers or there is some other rules regarding the same.

In Delhi for such cases where seller has to participate in exhibitions, temporary VAT registration is granted. Such temporary seller needs to charge VAT (not CST).
My exhibition is in Delhi also. Can you pls guide me the procedure of obtaining the same.
