I have one query related VAT Credit.
Suppose we purchase a material in month of march. The vendor raise invoice of earlier date of 12.02.2012. Can we take VAT credit of this invoice in the month of march 2012 return?
Please guide me.

yes sure............as there is not mention in law that you have to claim credit in same month....you can claim the same in the month of march....
