can u pls elaborate ur doubt/question. Clarity needed..
We have a client who is a works contractor and have contract executed all over india. He purchase and consume the material in same state.He is registered only in maharashtra State. What is the tax implication for the material consumed outside maharashtra and also WCT TDS deducted for contract outside maharashtra will be allowed for set off in maharashtra.
