Sir we are including Vat Tax items with Service Taxable items and we are paying Vat tax for the both items. Then should we again pay Service tax eventhough we are paying Vat tax for the both items? please clarify

Both Act are different acts if you are paying only VAT for both items but you must pay service tax also on taxable services., because VAT is going to State Govt. & Service Tax is Going to Central Govt.
