Hi.. I have faced a Query, My client is a Serice Provider and has sold 3 Cars for Rs. 18,00,000/- , the Purchaser is also a Service Provider , I want to know , Whether VAT is applicalble to my Client and Will he have to apply for VAT Registration???

It depends on whether the business of Service provider is also of Dealing (Sale-Purcahse) of the cars.
If the service provider is selling his own personal car, then he is not required to get registered under VAT.
