I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING FROM YOUR ATTACHED FILE IN EXCEL FORMATE.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SHARE WITH THESE VAT RATES? 

Excellant File.. Hope, different rates under one State as per different schedules..

Please include one more column for identifying the Schedule under which the rate is applicable.
